All sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Do the products I buy in the virtual store have a guarantee?
The glasses only have a guarantee for factory defects, notification must be made within 30 days after receiving the merchandise.
What are the shipping costs and how long does it take?
We try to be as fast as possible but we also don’t want to look bad, in a maximum of 3 business days you will have the merchandise at your home. Our shipping is free for purchases over COP $75,000, otherwise it has an additional cost of COP $10,000
