Return policies
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within the first 24 hours after receiving the product and you have 8 calendar days from the date you received your package to make the return.
We do not refund money, only credit to spend in the store, which must be of a value equal to or greater than your previous purchase.
Please return items in original condition (unworn, dirty, unaltered) with tags attached, or else we will not be able to exchange.
We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Reshipping costs for exchanges or returns are your responsibility.
